Content: Hello I hope you can understand how heartbroken I am while writing this message. I ordered a wireless tie mic from you with such excitement and trust, but sadly, it arrived damaged and completely unusable. When I opened the package, my heart just dropped. I spent my savings on this, believing I was investing in something safe and reliable, but instead I’m left with something broken and useless.I truly don’t know what to do now. I feel so disappointed and helpless. I trusted your company, and I still want to – that’s why I’m begging you, please help me. Could you kindly replace it and send me a new one? I don’t want a refund, I just want the working product I believed I was buying.Please, I hope you can understand my situation and help me fix this.
