Content: Hello,I purchased your product via Amazon and I believe the item is defective.Product: Mini Lavalier Microphone for Android/iPhoneAmazon order number: 028-9695115-9927525Delivery date: 20 April 2026I carefully followed the setup instructions and tested the microphone on two different smartphones (Sony Xperia and Samsung).The USB-C receiver is recognized by both phones and the microphones pair correctly (connection icon is active). However, camera recordings and WhatsApp voice recordings continue to use only the internal smartphone microphone instead of the external microphone.I tested:Two different smartphones Camera recordings WhatsApp voice recordings Correct USB-C receiver Microphone pairing and settings The issue remained the same in all tests.I would appreciate your support and would like to request a replacement device or another solution for this defective item.Thank you very much.

Content: The adaptor for lightning USB-C is not working well. The receptor doesn’t stay connected so cannot be connected to the microphone. I tried to switch the side in the plug but did’t work. I tried buying it again but I had the same problem. Am I doing something wrong?
