Content: Guten Tag,Habe vor zwei Monaten auf Amazon ein Wireless Car Adapter gekauft und aufeinmal funktioniert der nicht mehr. Blinkt nichts und auf dem Handy zeigt der den nicht an. Da müsste doch Garantie drauf sein ?Gruß

Content: I recently purchased the Lavalier Wireless Microphone H63 (Lightning version), and I am experiencing an intermittent audio issue when using it with my iPhone. I didn’t use so much but now the but the phone records using its internal microphone or the sound is very weak.I have followed all the steps in the manual: connected the receiver to the Lightning port, turned on the microphone, and confirmed both indicators show solid green. I also fully charged both units, cleaned the Lightning port, restarted the phone, and tested with different apps (Camera, Voice Memos, Instagram). The problem still happens randomly.Could you please let me know if there is any reset procedure, firmware update, or compatibility issue with iPhone 13? If the unit might be defective, I would like instructions for warranty or replacement.
