Content: hi i purchased a wireless car play from you for android in may 2025 and its working intermittently works fine for 3 mins then keeps dropping off have to remove it from usb port to reset it can you please send a replacement and ill return this faulty one .Regard's james

The Bluetooth connection cuts out intermittently, approximately every 20-30 seconds. There is not an issue with the usb source or the device, these have both been checked. Please can you advise on how I can get a replacement as I know it comes with a one year guarantee. Thanks
