Content: This has stopped working. It no longer reads out my messages. I’ve checked every feature on my phone and system and they are all active to read messages so it must be the CarPlay adapter, can you assist?

Content: When I first purchased it worked fine, now it’s just stuck on the smart box screen & doesn’t load CarPlay- my phone connects to it, but it no longer progresses the Apple Car play on the head unit- it’s a shame because it worked well when it first arrived. Kind regards Stuart

Content: I have received a wireless carplay adapter as a gift.When trying to set this up, I am able to initially connect via Bluetooth then the connection drops. I am then unable to reconnect via Bluetooth. The device connects via WIFI but will not connect to Bluetooth.This is the same issue when trying to connect a different iPhone. The device was purchased from Amazon.
