Content: Hi there I bought a CarPlay Bluetooth adaptor product from you on 13 December 2024 and it is no longer working. The Bluetooth connection cuts out intermittently, approximately every 20-30 seconds. There is not an issue with the usb source or the device, these have both been checked. Please can you advise on how I can get a replacement as I know it comes with a one year guarantee. Thanks

Content: I have set this up, disabled all other mmi links and updated the firmware. Even now connection of this device to mmi is hit and miss. (more miss than hit!) I might as well plug the iphone in for all the use this is to to me. I also find that the device rattles when shaken and has done since I got it. I have a 2019 audi. Help please!
