I ordered a wireless tie mic from you with such excitement and trust, but sadly, it arrived damaged and completely unusable. When I opened the package, my heart just dropped. I spent my savings on this, believing I was investing in something safe and reliable, but instead I’m left with something broken and useless.I truly don’t know what to do now. I feel so disappointed and helpless. I trusted your company, and I still want to – that’s why I’m begging you, please help me. Could you kindly replace it and send me a new one?
