Content: I have set this up, disabled all other mmi links and updated the firmware. Even now connection of this device to mmi is hit and miss. (more miss than hit!) I might as well plug the iphone in for all the use this is to to me. I also find that the device rattles when shaken and has done since I got it. I have a 2019 audi. Help please!

Content: I couldn’t connect But earlier I was connected and keep disconnected for some time and now I tried to connect it’s not working now also the WiFi password for this I forgot

Content: Purchased through Amazon however have found it to cut out a few times. I’ve not got this issue when I connect my phone to the car directly. Tried a few iPhones. Latest is 16 pro max. Car is a VW Touran.
