Content: HiJust purchased one of your remote microphone systems from Amazon and I can’t turn on the second mic.One works perfectly but the second only displays a led for about 5 seconds when I charge it but does nothing else. I can’t turn it on and have tried holding the power button for an extended time over 10 seconds but it’s still totally dead.I imagine when one works perfectly as per your instructions the second is just faulty.Shall I just return the complete set to Amazon or can I get a single replacement mic?(The one that works is great!)Order number026-8449260-7147517Can’t find a pet number but this is the Amazon link;https://amzn.eu/d/9pzDZd9Many ThanksROD

Content: I bought your product on Amazon the wireless lavalier microphone it’s quiet and does not at all sound as described, I use the product naturally attached to my shirt yet it STILL sounds quiet the only way it sounds loud is next to my mouth I don’t want to hold it constantly it’s now how a clip on microphones designed to work
