Content: Dear Support Team,My father purchased your Wireless CarPlay Adapter 2025 Upgraded (Wireless CarPlay Dongle, converts wired to wireless, Plug & Play, compatible with cars from 2016 and iPhone iOS 12+) on Amazon.Order Number: 304-7303421-2741160Purchase Date: August 26After only four months of use, the device has stopped working. The LED no longer lights up, the car does not detect the adapter, and no Bluetooth signal appears in the settings. Since the device has no buttons, I am unable to perform any reset.Could you please provide support on how to reset the device, or arrange a replacement if it is defective?Thank you very much for your assistance.Kind regards, Rafael Schüßler

Content: I purchased the Wireless Car Play Adapter from you in June.Ist worked prrfectly intim recently,then it started having more and more Problems connecting to the car,and singe the middle of last week it has stoppen working altogether(there is noch Indikator light either).i tried the stick at Home to See of the Indikator light work there,but there was in light either.So it‘s not the car‘s USB Port thats the Problem.So what Shirley we do?
